February 4th Update
A quiet week for Surrey Racing as we plan the next Surrey Quest adventure while the flat horses are slowly building up their fitness for the start of the season.
January 28th Update
The owners enjoyed a fabulous day’s racing at Doncaster yesterday as Surrey Quest performed admirably in the Great Yorkshire Chase, exciting plans lay ahead for him!

An exciting week ahead for the Surrey Quest syndicate owners as they prepare to head to Doncaster for the Great Yorkshire Chase next Saturday. Can he make it three in a row !?!

Welcome 2024!
Happy New Year and may everyone have healthy horses and a load of winners! The last 6 months have been amazing for Surrey Racing, we’re hoping for the same in 2024!
2023 ends with a Bang!
What a way to end 2023 with Surrey Quest and James Bowen putting in one of Surrey Racing’s greatest ever performances to win the iconic Mandarin Trophy at Newbury yesterday.
Merry Christmas
A pretty good debut from Surrey Force this week means that we look forward to his 3 year old career with optimism. Maybe one more run before the year is out from Surrey Quest. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas !
Dec 10th Update
We could have our first runner for 6 weeks on Wednesday with the debut of Surrey Force (he’s changed since the picture as a yearling) but balloting hasn’t been kind and we may have to wait a week. The debut of a horse is the most eagerly awaited event so fingers crossed the syndicate owners have the patience rewarded this week ….
December 3rd Update
December has been traditionally a very quiet month for us and this year seems to be no different as most of the flat horses are on holiday and we wait for the NH to run.
Nov 26th Update
The nights are drawing in as we approach the final month. We had an enjoyable two days at Ascot where we joined other syndicates and racing clubs at their Ownership Village although following on from last week’s ‘Buzz’ the BHA to do list seems to be getting longer.
19th November Update
A quiet week for Surrey Racing but we will be attendance at Ascot next Friday and Saturday where we will have a stand in the Ownership Village, come and say hello..

Plenty of Fireworks
What a superb week with two winners from 2 runs as Surrey Quest kicked off our NH season with a super win at Huntingdon and Surrey Belle went from pillar to post to win impressively at Wolves ….
End of October Update
After nearly a year off the race course we see the return of Surrey Quest tomorrow at Huntingdon with Kevin Brogan riding for his new trainer Toby Lawes. Read on to see what Toby thinks …. also this week we may see Surrey Belle at Lingfield … good luck to all of the horse syndicate owners ….
22nd October Update
Back after a week’s break where we had two second places at Nottingham. The stormy weather has set Surrey Quest back a week, although if Doncaster dries out we should see Surrey Noir on Friday… good luck to connections
October 8th Update
A very respectable 4th from Surrey Noir at Kempton, and a super sunny visit to see Surrey Quest on the Epsom gallops the highlights of this past week. This coming week we have Surrey Charm and a debut from Surrey Fire at Nottingham on Wednesday ….
October 2023
Two below par performances this week but we get the chance to bounce back with Surrey Noir this week, and with the NH horses set to come back this month there’s plenty to look forward to ….
24th September Upate
Our two fillies should be in action this week with Surrey Charm running at Kempton on Wednesday and Surrey Belle with multiple entries on Thursday and Saturday - both with fighting chances ….. best wishes to the syndicate owners and all involved.
17th September Update
Surrey Charm is back this week as long as the rain doesn’t soften Sandown ground too much with Hollie Doyle booked to ride.
After 20 mm of rain overnight the ground is now too soft for Surrey Charm at Sandown. We will look at other options.
Still plenty of flat action for us to enjoy as the NH horses get closer to returning to the track, and with every runner in the top 4 since June it’s exciting times ….
A Winning Update
It was great to see Surrey Noir break his maiden in the week at a very sultry Kempton, congrats to Charlie and his team, plus the connections who witnessed a very impressive performance, there’s more to come! National Racehorse Week this week - search what’s happening near you ….
