Bath can’t douse Blaze

Surrey Blaze is becoming a superstar for us and his owners, and once again he didn’t let anyone down at Bath, winning a one mile four furlong contest with ease. He did start the 5/4 favourite, and justified that under a very confident Finley Marsh ride, cruising to a 3.5 length victory without coming off the bridle.

Blaze seems to still be improving and seems to love the extra distance and firmer ground and we are sure he will be attempting his second hat trick of the season fairly shortly, with Sandown’s 14f contest on Aug 1st firmly in our mind.
