Surrey Racing recognizes that its owners are based predominantly in the UK and as a result, we will continue to race extensively in this country, however, there is no doubt racing beyond the UK offers a unique racing experience for owners and it is something we are keen to continue when the right opportunities arise.
Tier 4 Update
Our last update before Christmas from the new Tier 4 HQ. We wish you all a very pleasant Christmas, for some it’s going to be a lot harder than others, our thoughts and best wishes are with you. Stay safe and look after each other.
The Racing League
The financial damage wreaked on racing by Covid 19 has been felt across the industry, no more so than on UK owners who have seen prize money reduced to derisory levels. Fortunately, there may be a ray of light for next summer with the announcement of the Racing League team racing competition, with guaranteed prize money of £1.8 million. Read what we have to say ….
Winning in Wolves Update
Surrey Gold brings a winning curtain down on 2020, a 21% win rate this year - bring on 2021 and the owners back on the racecourse!
Weekly Update 6th Dec
Surrey Gold has been declared for Wolves on Tuesday and will be our last runner of 2020. Roll on 2021 and owners packing the racecourses. Read more to catch up on this and more details about the 2021 Racing League.
